miscarried 4 weeks ago, may be pregnant again?

i think i may be pregant again.... My first pregnancy which was about 2 months ago ended in miscarriage. It was missed abortion. where the babies heart beat stopped and they had to do a dnc to remove it.  I think i may be pregnant again. a week after the miscarry my breast stopped hurtn and i felt normal soon. 4 weeks later my breast are hurting, feel nauseous, minor abdominal pain. I'm so scared don't know what to think. What could it be?

The waiting is the worst part.  Unfortunately having kids consists of nothing BUT waiting from TTC on LOL.  Hopefully things will turn out in your favor and you'll get your answer very soon

2 weeks ago i was feeling normal. Doctors checked hcg levels were going down. Now i feel like i'm pregnant. which could mean hcg levels are steadily rising. I'm not one to have premenstrual cramps. My breast are sore and i could smell everything around me. I guess i'm going to have to wait. I just hate waiting. A preg test could very well read a false positive due to previous preg.

It could either be you ARE in fact pregnant again or it could be your body readjust from the shock of losing your last pregnancy.  Did your doctor check your HCG levels after your D & C to make sure they had returned to prepregnancy levels?  With it only being 4 weeks since your d & c a pregnancy test could very well give a false positive if your levels have not gone back down.
