I had one intense cramp last night but no AF :/

I had an intense cramp last night for about 15-20minutes and it felt as if a cyst was rupturing in my ovary, but I didn't bleed or anything, AF hasn't started and I'm 1 day late Woo HOO!
Has anyone felt something like that before getting their BFP?  I still haven't tested, I promise that I will do it today if I still haven't gotten af.
Is this normal?

It is probably fine...unless it comes back strong and painful and it doesn't let up then I think that would warrant getting it checked but if not, I wouldn't worry.

TEST asap and post!

Thanks sweetangel and Latrice, Should I be worried? It doesn't hurt anymore and it did feel like a ruptured something, I guess it could be corpus luteum, but it doesn't hurt anymore, I still feel it there but it doesn't hurt.  Should I get checked out or don't think of it unless it comes back?
I will test tonight I promise!

I had a strong cramp and I actually went to the ER...they guessed it might have been the corpus luteum cyst causing me the pain...and I had a bfp by this point...TEST!
