missed period but negative hpt

Hi. I'm 19 years old and very concerned because I feel like I might be pregnant. I am on the pill and me and my boyfriend have never used a second form of contraception. I had my last period in the second week of February and I know that in the beginning of March I missed 2 days of pills because I lost my pack. me and my boyfriend had sex before and after I missed the pills. A week later I had bleeding that I thought was my period but it only lasted less than two days. since the beginning of March I've had a lot of symptoms. I always feel nausea and bloated. my breasts are sore, my lower back has been hurting, I always have headaches, and I've been overwhelmingly tired even evn sleeping 10 hours at a time. I've taken 3 home pregnancy tests and they've all been negative even though I'm like 2 weeks late. could it be all in my head or is there a chance I could be pregnant and should I see a doctor?

I'm still taking the pill but I wasn't sure if that would affect the test at all. I have a blood test tomorrow to figure everything out so hopefully i get an answer. Thank you!

Um... I would think that you're not pregnant because you're two weeks late and you still are having a ngative test. however, you could still be and just don't have enough of the hormone to be detected in your urine. What have you been doing about the pill? Are you still taking it? That could have an effect on your hormones, if you're still taking it. If you're not taking it, then you may be experiencing symptoms as your body is trying to get back to normal.
