Physically demanding job

I work at a daycare with kids who are 11 months-16 months. I am constantly changing diapers, carrying kids, etc. When would be a suggested time to quit for the health of my baby? I'm 12 weeks today.

You could work as long as you feel comfortable lots of moms have kids that young and their babies are totally safe. You can lift up to 40 lbs unless your Dr says otherwise so do what you feel comfortable doing

I provided childcare until I was 6m with my daughter and 3 months with my son but I was high risk. Changing diapers and picking up kids isn't going to hurt you or your baby.
