Pica!?

So ive been craving crushed ice for a few days now and cigarettes but im not nor have I ever been a smoker. I looked it up and it's a sign of Pica. Anyone else have this problem??

Ice wont hurt u. It could chip or crack your teeth if your biting and chewing it. But its just water. And those are some strange cravings ladies!!

When you crave weird stuff it may be because some kind of nutritional value is missing in your everyday diet. Mention it to your doctor next time you see him or her. It may be nothing but better safe than sorry.

I crave ice... Amd laundry detergent. I haven't ever put it on my mouth, i go to the doc next week so I will ask them then... The laundry detergent just started. Ugh pregnancy ***** sometimes :/

Yes my weird craving
was chalk i had to have a bite of it or else i would get grumpy but now that im taking my iron pills i dont crave it anymore

i have one really weird craving similar to the cigaret butts one you have but for me i crave the taste of bar soap! i dont swallow it but i do love the taste and then i spit it out... just the smell makes my mouth water :-/ i feel weird about it

I do take a iron supplements. Idk I just think it's weird

because when u have low iron u actually get cravings for ice all the time. i know this because im actually iron deficient

my friend was craving crushed ice also and told her doctor and they said she was anemic...idk what made them say that but she takes iron pills
