Weight gain question---

Hi! I'm 3 months pregnant and I've gain no weight, I've actually lost weight. No more than 5lbs though. I'm just curious if I should be concerned? I won't be seeing my doctor for 2 more weeks...

I lost 30lbs my first 3 months due to extreme morning sickness. Literally none of my doctors worried about it and told me that a little weight loss is normal in first trimester, sickness or not. Granted 30 lbs is NOT normal but my baby was doing wonderfully and still is. I have gained it all back now at 38 weeks. :)

Typically you only put 1-5 lbs in the first trimester, but it's common for women to lose weight due to morning sickness. Nothing to worry about :)

And just because you haven't been throwing up doesn't mean you don't have a decrease in hunger. Morning sickness is just the common thing everyone knows about.

It depends on your body type. Are you overweight or underweight? Also in the first trimester you usually loose weight because of morning sickness. You will start to gain weight. Just eat and relax. Theres nothing wrong with you. With my first daughter i gained 20lbs in total, with this one ive gained almost 30 and still have a few weeks to go. I started very underweight with both. First one i started at 96 and this one i started at 86. Congrats and dont worry so much.

Also I've had no morning sickness either so that won't be a result!
