trying to conceive

i am doing an artifical insemination a week before my period.if i do get pregnant !  will my period still come on the day it was suppose to ? because i did it just a week before it was suppose to come.or will it not come at all?

I DID ON THE 18TH OF THIS MONTH MY PERID COMES USUALLY ON THE 29TH..SHOULD I EXPECT ANY TYPE OF BLEEDING?IF I AM PREGNANT

Are you doing this at home, yourself?  This timing would be unusual for a doctor to choose.

Do they typically do IUI's that close to your period? I would think you'd need at least 10 days or more before your expected period unless they're giving you some hormones to prevent your body from menstruating (thinning the uterine lining).
