Eat something with protein drink something cold and sweet in a hour lay on your left side and count every move big or small your lookin for 10 kicks in a hour. Like she said baby is sleeping majority of the time and running out of room
Im also 32 weeks and a ftm but my doc said as long as you feel them kick punch twist or some kind of movement at least ten times in two hours they should be fine. Have you been asked to count your kicks? I know they're sleeping for a good majority of the day now
