Pregnant result positive

Hi. Today I went to the doctor.  My last period was march 4, so they told me My due date will be dec 9. They did the pap smear which was for me all the time painful. Afterthat  she did the ultrasound but could not see anything. So she had to check with vaginal ultrasound ( I donot know the proper equipment name). It was also painful, I almost cry. I was worrird because at first she told she did not see anything and thought I had miscarriage, then she found out very very  tiny one spot  with heartbit  . I was so worried. She told me it is too early to see so I had to make another appointment two weeks later.

I have very much irreular period so it is very hard track my cycle and date.My last period was march 4 and I ovulated on April 10. I donot know exactly how many weeks is my baby now. In my count, maybe 1.5 or 2 weeks. because, I found out my pregnancy positive on April 25. I am confused about my due date. Does anybody know when the baby will see through ultrasound in lower abdomen only.
Your advise will help me out of my worries.

Thanaks

Thanks for your reply.  Today I feel decrease in my appetite but no vomotting yet. I called the nurse again and she told me that the doctor reported that she found questionable heartbeat in my uterus. I am littlle relax that she found heatbeat in my uterus. But she was unable to let me know how many week he or she is? She told two things that either it is very early stage which I was thinking or I have abnormal Pregnancy which means miscarrige. I just cross my finger to see him or her inside me after 2 weeks. Wish me luck. Thanks

When you find out you are pregnant you are about 4 weeks pregnant. Pregnancy is counted by your last menstrual period so while your baby is only 2 weeks in age your pregnancy is 4 weeks. I know! Super confusing, right?

Okay so you think you're about 3-5 weeks along. Most people do not see anything on sonogram until 6 weeks or more.

Relax!
