I agree with Clysta. It could be a chemical pregnancy or an early miscarriage. You should see a doctor because it could also be a tubal pregnancy which is really dangerous or a molar one which can turn into cancer if not treated.

Sounds like it might have been a chemical pregnancy. You need to see a doctor for blood testing to see what your hCG levels are at.
