Anytime I've been constipated, hot tea and raisins usually do the trick. Coffee may also help and fruits.
foods rich in fiber are a great help.
eat 6oz of grain each day
cut back on refined food
have some blackstrap molasses and honey Take 2 tablespoons of blackstrap molasses before going to bed to relieve constipation.< this is only an occasional thing though it cant be used on a daily basis cuz it will end up making you more constipated
dried beans help as well
have a cup of coffee
Aret drinking enough fuild? That can help also move around as much as possible I would general fiber intake would be ok but just call and ask ur dr or midwife. Toward the end of my pregnancy they told to take benfiber to help. Hope that helps
