Another movement question

I was on antibiotics for a week and noticed a couple days into it baby girl wasn't moving as much. I called L&D and they said 8-10 movements in 2 hours. When she IS active she moves at least 8 times, but she's not been as active this past week. The nurse said the antibiotics would NOT affect her, today is my first day off them, I've been awake for 2 hours and haven't felt her move yet. NORMALLY when I first wake up she's moving a good bit, but not today so far. In general she hasn't been moving around as much, but I still feel her throughout the day, just today I haven't felt her yet...it's kinda creeping me out. It's been two years since I was pregnant with DS, and I don't remember if there was a time this early on when he just didn't move so much. I'm 25 weeks 2 days...I did drink a glass of apple juice, and have been sitting/laying down for the most part...still nothing.

I feel like such a paranoid hypochondriac!!!

My last 2 OBs told me its 8-10 movements every hour, never heard of every 2 hours.  Towards the end of pregnancy the movement slows down but I have never heard at 25 weeks.  Antibiotics wouldnt affect movement.  Drink 1/2 a coke(i know no caffine but in this case I think it will be ok) and if that doesnt do the trick definately call l&d again.

I always thought it was 10 movements an hour as well! It is possible that she is an a comfy place and is not moving because she likes it there!

Try drinking some chocolate milk that always got my boys moving!

Personally I would be freaking out too! Call your Ob if you do not feel her move by tonight!

I felt two kicks about two and a half hours after I woke up, then about an hour later she moved around for about an hour, and haven't really felt anything since. I'm gonna wait it out for a bit...see if she's just being lazy. If she keeps not moving much over the next couple days I think I'm gonna call L&D just cause they said the antibiotic wouldn't affect her, but it was only when I started taking it that she stopped moving so much and today is my first day off it, so I'm gonna see what happens tomorrow.
