Yer dnt worry too much I did hve it wif my first but he was a very unsettled bub, I just went with the flow wif my second found it alot easier
I wouldnt worry about it too much. Most of the stories you find are terrifying and meant to scare women. If you think you might be at risk for post partum depression the best thing to do is to set up a support system ahead of time. Talk to your doctor and get yourself and your support (partner, parent or close friend) educated about the signs and symptoms, and have a plan.
This plan should focus around caring for yourself, doing soothing things for you, and taking time to be yourself even if its only ten minutes. A lot of being a mother is about sacrifice for the baby, but we are only human and need balance. If we cant take care of ourselves we cant take care of our babies.
Good luck and try not to stress out about it. Lots of women go through a time of baby blues. Just remember you always have someone to talk to :)
