Problems sleeping?

I had a miscarage 3 days before Christmas, at 5-6 weeks. I am now pregnant and will be 7 weeks tomorrow. So here's my question! I usually sleep on my stomach, but for the last 2 weeks it's been uncomfortable to sleep that way. So I sleep with a pillow between my knees and kind of on my side. But I can't seem to I guess stay comfortable, I'm not sure what it is but I'll fall asleep for a good solid 3-4 hours then i'm up all night tossing and turning trying to go back to sleep and I can't. Does that seem normal? And if so will it eventually go away?

Oh napping is most deffinitly okay!! That's exsactly how my husband is! He says me carrying his baby can be my full time job for right now:). So far though I can't even take a nap. Maybe for an hour or so but then I'm right back to tossing and turning! I haven't had that much morning sickness though, thank God!

To you too!!!  Isn't it amazing to be pregnant after a m/c?!  I try to nap while my kids are at school since I don't get much sleep at night.  And great thing I have a very understanding husband!  He says my job is to be pregnant and grow a baby!  I have three other kids that I take care of mon-thur and work fri-sun, so I guess napping is okay!

Thank-you that really makes me feel better! That's how I have my pillows positioned but it only works for the first couple hours! Thank you again and I hope everything goes perfect with your new pregnancy!!

This seems TOTALLY normal to me! I too lost a baby on the 27th of december, but got pregnant again on that cycle 11 days later and am now 10w4d.  I love sleeping on my stomach but won't do it pregnant.  I bought a body pillow to put in front of me to put my leg over or around as well as have two pillows for my head.  I get about the same amount of sleep as you I think.  It won't get any better either.  I remember late pregnancy has me up every couple hours.  Hopefully it will go better for you than it has me!
