Pregnancy: How often do you pee?!

So I guess I'm used to it by now but, I wake up ALL THE TIME at night at least once ever 1 1/2 hours, its soooo annoying and even during the day I think I pee every hour or so.
I'm 20 weeks and it hasn't gotten any better the further I get, i've been peeing this much since the beginning!  I have a very sensitive  bladder.

So how often do you have to pee?  Does it get better or worse?!

For me it changes everynight, I pee about every 2 hrs-4hrs depending on if my little man wakes me up by kicking my bladder. I have to drink lots of water throughout the night too because for me since I have been pregnant I lose a lot of hydration throughout the night don't really know why but if I don't drink water I wake up with really dark pee and a headache so I actually walk around with my gallon of water now and I drink that throughout the day and night.

im 11 weeks 2 days and i too get up many times a night, some times its once or twice, other nights its like 4 or 5 times. i hope it gets better, during the day its about every hour some times a little longer, some times sooner. hope the baby gets off your bladder soon, for your sake, good luck!!

I pee 2 times at night and a lot during the day...its funny for me. I can seat on a chair for a few hours and than BANG it hits me and I gotta pee right a way or I will burst...it usually comes very unexpected for me.

I'm glad that I'm not the only time, I guess that my bladder is not the most sensitive bladder in the world.
The same thing happens to me, sometimes I feel like I need to pee soooooo bad and then its a trickle, then one hour later I'm peeing like I haven't peed all day!
Sometimes I feel my bladder pulsating as if the baby is kicking it after I finish peeing which makes me want to pee again but nothing comes out.  These kids!!!!

The worst thing is that my hips hurt sooo bad when I turn at night that having to get up to pee 5 times HURTS sooo much that I end up wobbling to the bathroom.  I'm only 20 weeks and I'm wobbling at night, its pathetic!

Griggsy- I have the same sensation where you feel like you have to pee like a race horse and then hardly nothing.  The first time I saw my OB I thought I needed to pee (this is after I drank a FULL bottle of water prior to me getting there), but then I go in to pee in the cup AND hardly anything came out.  Oh well.

But I do have to say that I'm peeing more and more with each passing day :D, but that has something to do with the fact that I found something I enjoy drinking other than diet soda(that's all I could drink other wise I felt like I was going to throw up).  It's flavored water!  Or like coolaid stuff.  YUMMY!  But bad cuz I pee ALL the TIME!  Which kind of sux!  Like yesterday I probably peed close to 20 from the time I got up till I went to bed.

I haven't had the pleasure of experancing peeing all the time at night yet!  I only wake up in the moring before I leave for work at 430 and feel like I filled the bowl up!
