Pregnancy Symptoms/ No Pregnancy??

41 years old, never been prgnant, always been very regular with my periods (28 days) never missed a period, chances of pregnancy very low, 3 weeks missed period. Yet developed typical prganancy symptoms. Blood test as well as HPT (urin) all did not detict HCG. What could be happening.

early menopause was my first guess however you could go to an endocrinologist to get your hormones checked and they can give you some insight as to what is going on.

Yeah that is what I am thinking. A lot of times menopause symptoms are the same as being pregnant.
