Pregnancy chances after miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage at 7+1 weeks, I bled for about 10days, then had what dr told me was my period around day 22, then I spotted around what would be day 10 of this cycle. I am usually really regular 28-29days so am rather confused what this spotting could mean, and wondered if it was likely I have managed to fall pregnant again? (hopefully I have!)

I thought I would update you all.....I was pregnant, but unfortunately mc again :( so I am just gonna keep everything crossed and not try n then hopefully next time will be the right time

Your cycles will be thrown off due to your mc.keep at it,and hopefully you may get another positive,some women do.some women also go on to have spotting as previous poster said.im sorry for your loss.

Some women notice some spotting for some cycles after there miscarriage, do you ever spot during ovulation?  If you ovulated early that could have been ovulation spotting.  But I doubt the spotting would mean pregnancy at day 10 of your cycle.  If people spot when there pregnant for implimation it's usually between 6-10 days after ovulation.  Ovulationg at day 10 would not put you at a 28 day cycle though.
