thanks girlys! this is my first time and i panic over everything, its nice to have other ladies i can relate to :)
If you're having issues holding down water a the least, you would do good to bring it up to avoid dehydration. There are a few things out there that can help nausea, such as lemon juice, Ginger, and a few others. If none of these work your doctor can prescribe some medicine to help keep things down. Just try to eat bland foods. Broth, crackers, and sprite/water.
Again yes. I think my whole first trimester I was lucky to get down saltines and water. I actually lost weight during that time and was told that it is completely normal. However, if you cant keep anything down go to your doctor and let them know because if you are throwing up EVERYTHING than that can be dangerous. I was prescribed some meds that would help settle my stomach.
thank you! and also,i havent been eating at all.i am SO nauseous, disgusted, and have been throwing up that i cant even smell or think about food.ofcourse i try and eat,and take atleast a couple of bites of the very few things that dont make me feel so disgusted but half way through,or a couple bites later i get so nauseous and want to throw up so i have to stop.i know i havent been eating right, but i cant help it.is this normal? :(
Every pregnant women gets cramps in the first trimester and yeah they can be kinda worrisome. Its just your ligaments stretching and getting ready to house baby, it isn't really anything to worry about unless you start bleeding and cramping. Spotting isn't so serious. A lot of times if you lay down, relax and drink some water they will ease up.
thank u :) and yes im in the process of trying to make my first pregnancy appointment with my gyno.i just get VERY worried with the cramps.it feels like im gonna get my period any second.they are constantly there.they are mild though, not sharp or hurtful, thank god. Also, its helps me soothe them when i lay down.did u have these cramps too? what did your doc tell u about them? thanks for answering back :)
Cramps are completely normal during pregnancy and the spotting can be caused from numerous things. Best thing to do is contact your doctor and get checked out to make sure nothing negative is happening. Congrats on your pregnancy! I hope you have a happy HEALTHY nine months!
