Pregnancy pains

I'm almost six weeks along and unfortunately my doctor won't see me till the 24th. I've been having severe cramping a lot worse than any I've experienced with my period. They come and go throughout the day. Also my back has been killing me. Has anyone else experienced this? What could it be? Should I be more concerned and go to the er?

I got pain during early pregnancy but not as painful as period pain. It's just your uterus growing :):):) Unless you are bleeding along with the cramping  I shouldn't worry. I've just had a scan and my baby is fine. I'm between 11-12 weeks. I got the cramping from week 4-7. I still sometimes get tiny cramps :) :)

I had the same pain and ended up miscarrying. It could be nothing cause it is normal to get cramps but for me my back hurt like hell and I was in pain for 2 days straight my cramps were so bad I cried. Only after 2 days I bled. If you feel in severe pain then go to ER. If it comes and goes then it could be normal

It's pretty normal ur body just preparing it's self for the baby its most likely just stretching I get really bad back pain n my ribs hurts the most

How far along are you and has your doctor told gaven you a reason for the cramping? Thanks for the feedback

Yes i had it all really bad this pregnancy

Unless you have bleeding you should be fine but if it helps you feel better call and/or go to your doctor :)
