Please Help

I am mid cycle and a few days ago I started having light cramps getting worse each day.  Today they are bad enough that I am trying to just lay down and stay sill because walking around hurts.  They feel like super bad pms cramps the kind that midol doesn't even help. I have no clue what it could be because I just had my period it was lighter than normal. It started friday the 30th at like 7 pm and was just spotting, sat was heavy flow, sun was light flow and mon was spotting again.  Any thoughts on what this could be? I'm on cycle day 12.

They could just be ovulation cramps. I usually get pains near my ovaries a few days before ovulation. Since you are a cycle day12 that would be my guess. I have a friend that gets the pains real bad. You could always go and buy a ovulation predictor test and see if that is what it is. Hope this is helpful.

i had this for years everytime AF arrived or was near i would be laid up on the sofa for 2 days i found out a few weeks ago that i had adhesions in my tubes, my right tube was twisted and i had mild endometriosis.  I don't think you would have any of these if you'd had a child but i would get it checked out i know how unpleasant it can be good luck
