I would let your OBGYN know what is going on.
when this has happened to me during pregancy, it was like trapped air (gas).
you could take the tips of your fingers and as if you were playing a piano go in a counter clockwise motion around that area.

I know, it sounds kinda weird, but if that is what it is it usually helps to move it along.
SOme of the over the counter anacids you are not supposed to take while preganant so I would get w/ your OBGYN if this continues so that he / she can advise on what you can do / take.

Another thing is that is is not uncommon when pregnant to become easily constipated. I would certainly increase your fluid (water) intake also escpecially with summer time approaching. As it is easy to get dehydrated while pregnant and that will cause the uterus to become irritated and could cause increase in Braxton hicks / make the uterus contract.

I know, I added to much...But as a former Midwife student, I tend to through out more info than what is asked.  Lol

Be Well,

Is the pain there all the time?  The only things I can think it would be is maybe some indigestion (esp if it's after you ate) or gas.  I had a day where I had horrible pain that started right under my rib cage and then went up under my armpit and down to my hips.  I was told it was just gas.  I would say if it continues or is consistant then maybe you should call your MD just to make sure he doesn't want to see you.  Good luck.
