Took everyones suggestion and called the dr's office.. didn't help much..

Well this morning I called the dr's office and the nurse is not in... so they took my number and said she'll call tomorrow.. so at that point I was like well it will not hurt to call the hospital and talk to a Labor and Delivery nurse there.. so I get through and she says at this point she does not think it would cause a problem, she says there is never really a guarantee with any pregnancy but she does not think it is something for me to really worry about at this point.  She said just to make sure to talk to my dr at my next appointment.. it just really worries me, I want this baby so bad and do not know what I will do if something happens due to this particular thing, since I should have been more educated and known my blood type before..

I'm glad I could be of some help.... I know.. Every woman is worried when she is pregnant.... But I had a m/c 2 months before I got pregnant with my son, and I didn't get the shot.... It's MORE IMPORTANT to get the shot WHILE your pregnant and aftre the baby is born... Getting it while you are pregnant at 24 weeks will let the shot build up in your system be ready for you when you deliver... After you have the baby, you will get another one and that will help with the one you had a t 24 weeks, to help build up in your system even more so if you get pregnant again, you have an immunity so to speak..... Like I said I have a healthy 5 year old....... I hope this helps !!! :-)

Yeah before when I first read about it I was like oh no big deal.. just get the shot and that'll be that.. the only main reason I am worrying is bc I didn't get the shot after the miscarriage..thats what worries me. if it wasn't for that I would not even worry bc I know it can be handled and everything. and it actually makes me feel less worried knowing you had a healthy baby without having a shot after your miscarriage.. so I'm going to quit worrying so much...   I'm a worrier if you can't tell.. I've always been that way. and yes I'm religious and have been praying and everything... as for buying anything I'm a little skeptical, I wanted to wait till I am out of the first trimester to buy anything.. is that odd?

Hon, being RH negative isn't really that big of a deal... I never had the shot before I got pregnant with my son after I had a m/c..... And my son is 5 year's old! My daughter is 3 almost 4, and my son is 2........ It's fine! Will you just take a deep breath, put your hands on your tummy and say "It's in Gods hands"............ (if youre religious)...... Your fine! Your doing everything right your supposed to, but worrying yourself is only going to stres the baby !!!!! Go buy something for the baby! maybe that will make you feel better!!!!*HUGS*

Ah, I'm going to try but I'm still really on edge.. it takes so much out of me, I'm tired of worrying but it seems like its something new all the time.  In example, the miscarriage before really gives me anxiety about being pregnant again, the spotting even though it was very very minimal and nonexistant now, and then the Rh Negative issue.. I wish I could relax ALOT but its like ah... who knew I would get to be in that small percentage of people with the RH Negative factor ha.
