me and my boyfriend had sex , we did it 3 times in a day , NOW every since that day my panties are always wet is this normal ?

how long ago was that? i found like only 2 - 3 days after i guess i concieved,that i was soaked all the time, not knowing i was pregnant i figured nothing of it. but only to find out 2 weeks later,, i was pregnant
That depends on if he Ejaculated inside of you, then it is just the sperm. Other than that I am not really sure unless you are ovulating then you may have extra discharge.
