How are yousuppose to take prime rose to help self induce a little ? Went to the doctors friday and no sign of her wanting to come any time soon and if she doesnt come by the 22nd then i will need to be admitted and induce .

No, it doesn't self induce, and if there's no signs of her coming, it'll more than likely not work. Primrose oil isn't to induce labor.
