Ultrasound picture question

Okay, this might be a weird question, but I forgot to ask the doctor. Is there anyway to read the ultrasound like a map to tell about where my baby is in my body? Like, if its in top left corner of ultrasound, does that mean that the baby is on the left upper area of my uterus? Excuse me if this sounds crazy, I'm just curious.

Im 7wks1day. I had the ultrasound done yesterday but they didnt write on there where in my uterus it was compared to my body, ie: didnt tell me that baby was over by left hip bone or anything like that. I do have the ultrasound pic but medhelp mobile app won't let me upload for some reason. So I didn't know if there was some kind of key to figuring out location of my baby by looking at pic.

I have never heard of that. This is my third pregnancy and the only reason I know aprox where the baby is, is because of where the doctors office found the heartbeat. How far along are you?
