I have really bad swollen feet right now and they told me to drink a lot of water, cut down your salt intake, and elevate your feet. Hope that helps

Swollen feet isn't too much of a sign of pre-eclampsia.  It's face swelling that really catches most doctors  attention. I've done Epson salt as well and it did no good but relieve temporary pain.  2 days ago was the first day my feet went back to normal cause my fiance put 5 pillows stacked up and I kept my feet up for 1 hour and they haven't be swollen since.  At first I was doing pillows. Just make sure it's really really above your heart.  It should work.
