Puffy

Anyone else with swollen ankles!!? Uggh I just noticed it today

I've had it since 16 weeks swollen feet and ankles I thought I had preeclampsia but I got checked and I don't my doctor said I need more water and keep my feet evelated n my left one is worst

Cutting back your sodium intake can make a huge difference too

Its the worse. My left foot and and ankle is worse than my right. Sometimes I don't even recognize my own feet. But elevation is key. It's not really something we can escape from :/

We are on the same boat..badly swollen feet and ankles..my doc suggested me to sleep with a high pillow under my feet to keep them elevated..this method actually works
