Puked. TMI

Okay so I was drifting off to sleep and suddenly woke up and my throat was on fire..  I felt like I had to puke kind of. I went to the bathroom and drank some water but it didn't help so I threw up. Twice. I'm pretty sure it was because I had hot cheetos a few hours ago. But I woke my mom up and blew my nose and it was red like my throw up. I chewed 3 tums and drank some milk. I feel a little better but when I try to lay down my throat starts burning again. And I feel like I could puke again at any minute. What do you think this is and what should I do?

Its probably bad acid reflux. Since my 2nd trimester i get it everyday.tums should help also dont lay down for maybe an hr after you eat. And if it still bothers you just lay proped up a little bit. Tjis should all help a little but not alot you can do for it. If its really bad you csn always talk to your dr.
