Is it possible?

I am 23 and have been trying for a baby for several months now. My last normal period was the 20th of December, I did have very light bleeding on the 17th of January but have nothing since. In February I started feeling ver Nauseated and had been experiencing alot of cramps and stomach aches (which I thought my period was finally coming). As the days went on other symptoms started to show up, like; Severe headaches, VERY gassy, when I eat anything my stomach swells up like a balloon and sitting can be very uncomfortable, can't sleep on my front (stomach pushes), a pinching feeling in my upper ab area, eyes very heavy, whitish discharge (alot), a little blood in my nose when I blow and every once and awhile I will just start sweating for no reason (only from palms and head. I have been to the doctor twice now. The first visit they sent me for a blood test and it was negative, they said the levels were under 2. They were also able to rule out infection. I went again yesturday and she told me she still thinks its pregnancy, so I went for a second blood test. I have an ultra sound scheduled for tomorrow but am curious if it may be something else I am not aware of. The doctor told me it is not a cyst or tumor (I asked if it was a growth), she said the symptoms were very scattered. Just within the last few days I have had very sore breast (when pushing on sides or top and outside in cool temperatures the nipple is VERY painful). Please let me know what you think and I thank you very much.

Also, I was reading on here that a girl was 4 months pregnant and the blood test still came back negative. Can this really happen? And can it show negative because of animia?

I believe that EDD is expected due date.

I went to the doctors last night. My second blood test came back positive! So I have answered my own question. Thank you everyone!

My ultrasound was put off until April, but I am going to try and find another clinic to do it sooner.

Tasia - I assume you are prego, what are the symptoms and when did you find out?

Darkestlight - I would only be three months, you said your cousin had the same. Do you know what her symptoms were and when she actually showed positive in a blood test?

Your symptoms are the same as mine so I wouldn't be surprised if you are pregnant, make sure you let us know!!!

Ooh, let us know what your blood results and ultrasound show! It is definitely very possible. I know how stressful it can be waiting to figure out what is going on.

The chances of a blood test coming up negative at 4 months pregnant is HIGHLY UNLIKELY, but not impossible. My cousin was 3 months pregnant and they only way they figured it out was by u/s. Blood/ urine tests all negative. Your u/s will tell you whats going on tomorrow. Good luck
