Question for you mommas

So I like to keep down there clean(hair wise) but shaving is SO HARD now that I'm 33+5 . I want to have it nicely shaved down there for delivery, but since I can't shave, I'm gonna have it waxed. Has anyone done this before delivery? I've NEVER got a wax so I'm going to be pretty nervous lol. And I scheduled an appointment for when I'm around 38 weeks, idk how long it lasts? Can anyone answer these questions?

This may sound weird but how long is the hair? ( i went to cosmotology school). Atleast a quarter inch is suggested before getting wax so it wont burn but i do know the longer th hair the more painful the pull off is lol not tryin to scare, just letting you know! It does last wayyy longer - a few weeks - but the first time is less than enjoyable lol. I had SO shave me before my daughter came, ill ask him again this time, he knows to be very careful lol

Waxing lasts alot longer than shaving because the hair grows back slower. Yes it is slightly painful for some women, but its over before you know it. Its not as bad as some people make out, honestly.
