So I've had cramping consistently since 10 pm its 345 am now and I have noticed soome bloody discharge and the cramping is a little worse than it was I took a Tylenol and went to sleeo but it doesn't feel like its helping I'm 2 days from my due date could she be making an early appearance

I would call your hospital and time your cramping. I was in early labor for 17 hours before I was able to go into the hospital and actually stay since I was just hitting active labor once I got there /:

Go get checked put ur mind at ease and keep us updated but does sound like early labor with bloody show i had my show on the monday my lb was born on the wednesday
