I know this is probably too late but just as an input, I went to the doctor today because my bp was 147/70 and my testing pulse was 122. Doc wasn't too worried about and Looked at
my labs and discovered i was slightly anemic. Gave me a prescription for iron supplements and I was good to go. I have yet to tell if this has helped but we'll see! If it's not too late I would try that though I'm sure your little one is if not almost here:)

Your doctor will monitor your blood pressure.

Your resting heart rate should be around 90 I believe. Active heart rate should not go above 120bpm.

you blood pressure is good but you are best asking a doctor about your heart rate, we have an extra amount of blood in our body during pregnancy so it will need to beat more, talk to your midwife

I believe for a pregnant female your heartbeat increases to around 85-100 beats a minute due to extra blood. But some factors can make it higher. 100 doesn't sound too high to me personally, but your doctor would know best. For many, a womens resting HB is around 70 pre-pregnancy.
