My dr said try the B.R.A.T. diet. Bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast. They say these are things u can hold down most of the time. I also heard to not eat while u drank and dont drink while u eat. And they have pedipops for kids which are pediolite popcicles and there are enatal (sp?) lolipops that are supposed to be for nausia.
Am 13 weeks n I had n still kinda have the same problem I had no appetite for food what so ever . Fruit seemed to help me out :)
i had real bad morning sickness till i was about 14 weeks to the point that looking at food made me wanna puke. i would just wait till i actually felt hungry then would eat very slowly. i also took a couple sips of water every few bites to kinda help it go down.
