With my first child I didn't gain a lot of weight in the beginning. Hardly anyone could tell I was pregnant til about 7 months. You still have time to gain your weight.  If your doctor doesn't think it's an issue I wouldn't worry. Congrats and good luck on the twins!!

I only have one, 17 Weeks 3 days that I know of, and I haven't gained any weight. I'm actually still recovering from my night sickness during my first trimester. I talked to the doctor last week, 16 Weeks 3 days, and was concerned of my size. Doctor did an ultrasound and said my body can just pack away a baby. Have you talked to your doctor about wasted if gaining healthy weight for your twins. Btw congratulations! How exciting to be having twins! Definitely wish I was but don't think so BC at the beginning we did quite the extensive u/s's to find out the anomaly in my uterus so more than positive they would have seen baby two.
