Saggy tummy

Im 37 weeks pregnant and the bottom of my tummy has become saggy. It was tight all over now kinda hangs at the bottom. Is this from the baby dropping? Does it mean anything?

Aw a surprise baby :)   We were the same - I wanted to know, daddy didn;t then when we went for the scan, he wouldn't open his legs for us to find out, so we didn't know til the surgeon lifted him up over the curtain, opened his legs and said it's a boy before they took him away to check him over lol, then we got an influx of baby boy clothes the three days we were in lol x

Well he came at 42w after an emergency c-section, but that's cause he wasn't coming and they discovered then that I couldn't give birth naturally as I have cephalopelvic disproportion, so if I have any more I have to have another section, but when I got checked at 39+6 for my sweep, the midwife said I would prob not make my 41w appointment as my waters were bulging, head was fully engaged etc, so she said thats prob why he hadn't come on time as my body was ready to have him, but it just didn't happen cause of my body :o    Sorry that's not much help :( x

Wait til after baby is born.
Breastfeeding helps all the excess weight fall off and I wrap my abdomen in glad wrap and then wrap that in ace bandage until I am able to exercise.

Is there anything I can do to tighten it again? Or do I have to wait til baby's out first?

Yeah I think the baby has dropped but wasn't sure if it would cause the saggy skin. Is there anyway I can tighten it again?
