Thank you. I am more at ease now. I just have to schedule for a sonogram now.
That's great news!!! Good luck and keep me posted.
Update: Ok!! Went to the doctor today for my second beta and it's 223!!! Wooooohhhhhhhhh!!! So far, so good. :) Keep me in your prayers ya'll!!!
Its so hard not to worry about every little thing when you're pregnant but i agree with the above post. One number doesn't tell much except that you are indeed pregnant. The next blood work will be the telling one as it should be doubling in value every 48 hrs and rising. But it sounds like you are just very newly pregnant so try not to stress as it isn't good for you or baby. Congrats and best of luck to you.
Without knowing when implantation actually occurred (your bleeding can be from any number of things beyond implantation) its hard to say. One number by itself is also not important, as that one number tells nothing. It's not the level, it's what that number does. You need multiple blood draws done 48 hours apart to see how it rises. At your stage (maybe 4-5 weeks?) your levels could be anywhere from 5-7,340. When was your LMP
The nurse told me it was good but I am reading otherwise and now, I am a nervous wreck. I go back tomorrow for my second beta.
I am so sorry. lol I forgot to put the number up. It was 73 yesterday. I had my iui the 24th and 25th of June. I am not sure when I ovulated. I took the trigger at 12 midnight on the 23rd of june. I had implantation bleeding 6 days after the 24th.
Every pregnancy is different as are beta #'s. It's not so much what the number is as much as what the # is doing. What were yours?
