Should I be worried?

Hi I'm 27 weeks pregnant and yesterday morning when I used the bathroom I was bleeding like period blood. It continued throughout the day and I started spotting from the evening. I wore a pad last night and this morning I saw there were some blood on it. When I used the bathroom this morning I saw some spotting. I'm still feeling the baby moving. I don't have any pain accompanied with the bleeding. But I have pain in my vaginal area when I'm lying down and when I get up. I have an appt. on Monday. I called my doc. But he hasn't returned my call. Is this something to be concerned about, is this normal?

First of all you feel the baby moving this is a good thing but with the bleeding and the vaginal pain I would go to the dr and not wait till monday if they are not returning your call then I would drive my happy little self to the dr office and talk to someone personally but that's me. Or you could always go the hospital to the labor and delivery triage to be seen and once you get in there they will call the dr for you and see what the dr would like to do well that's how it works here anyway I'm not sure if it's the same everywhere or not I just know I wouldn't wait I hope everything turns out ok for you please leave a note on my page and let me know how you are I will say a pray

yes it is concering. I would go to the ER or see if you can see your Dr right away. As above said it could be a placenta problem. Kepp us posted.

Any bleeding would make me super nervous.... If that was me bleeding that much I would have went to the hospital. That's cause I would prob be having crazy anxiety if you still feel the baby like normal that it should be fine but I would maybe be concerned about the placenta seperating or something..... You should maybe try to call your dr again
