Scared Please help!

So my brother in law was handing me my daughter and he did it in a weird angle, and when I twisted I can't tell it was a big kick or a pop or something. I'm not in pain but that area feels weird. It's right above my right hip, i'm 18+1. what do you think it was?

And as far as it feeling weird after, maybe just try stretching it out some, mayb lay on your side amd do a few leg lifts or something, my hips pop a lot and sometimes dont feel normal until I pop them again with leg lifts or walking.

I get weird popping in ny joints and back  the time now that I am pregnant. No idwa why, but are you in pain? Is your stomach hurting, or cramping? Have you gotten to a point in your pregnancy here you can feel the baby move regularly? Chances are its nothing, just listen to your body. If you are in intense pain, get.checked out if it was just a pop and didnt hurt, dont worry, it was just one of yoir joints popping, it happens.
