This is my first pregnancy and I can't help but to be scared.... I read alot and watch shows hoping it will prepare me for birth but it only makes me more scared even terrified to the point where I don't think I can do it! The only thing that calms me is the fact billions of women have did this so why should I be worried! I don't want my worrying and stressing to lead to a miscarriage I just need some comfort and its even harder bc my boyfriend don't want to be in a relationship so I feel alone and depressed

Both of my children were born without any complications and it was nothing like you see on TV.  It was very calm and not stressful at all.  Best of luck and if you need someone to talk to, i'm here.  Congrats also!

It would take extreme levels of stress to miscarry, so try not to worry about that. It's normal for women to be nervous about delivery, even mothers who have done it before. It's different in every pregnancy, so you never know what to expect. You WILL be able to do it, even if it feels like you won't.
