prenatal vitamins??

It's my first pregnancy and I was just wondering what's the best prenatal vitamins?
I have my first sonogram tmw so I'm excited!

I take the gummies ! They have good flavor . Any of them .

I take Materna multi-vitamins but it made me very nauseous many times so gummies prolly would be easier on your stomach

I take the gummy prenatal vitamins and they come with everything you need. I could only find lemonade and raspberry lemonade. I got mine at Fred Meyers

I buy mine at walmart.
Mine have everything you need in them so you don't have to take anything extra.
They come in strawberry,  orange and lemon in the bottle.

I buy gummy prenatal vitamins from cvs there 10$ a bottle the only thing is the gummy kind has no iron in it so if you have low iron you would have to take iron supplement pills too

Mine are prenatal plus vitamins.. and they look like horse pills.. they're really hard to swallow and would definitely recommend a gummy prenatal if you can find them.

I take spring valley gummy prenatals. They're a lot easier to take than the ones your dr may prescribe you. They taste good too :)
