Sharp pain in upper abdomen

If it's a contraction, it hasn't stopped in at least 30 minutes, but I'm having a very sharp pain in my upper abdomen that won't stop. It's not gas and the baby isn't in my ribs, but the pain is right under my ribs. Any thoughts?

No defiantly not heartburn. It's not in my chest, it's in my abdomen

Could it be heartburn? Just guessing here. I never had it before, so the first time I had it, literally felt like a knife in my chest for hours. I thought I was having like a heart attack.

Mmm, it's about even but a little worse on the right side. I have no clue what HELPP syndrome is and I haven't had any other preeclampsia symptoms. I'm 34 1/2 weeks
