Im a ftm -&& i had a question , do i have to take my prenatals ? They make me sick so i stopped taking them .

Try taking them at night right before you go to bed. That's what I had to, because they made me nauseous for the first few weeks. And when you take them at night your asleep when the nausea hits which makes it a little easier

I take mine at night and haven't had a problem if they make you constipated your dr. Can give you something for that ... Or you could just take a stool softener... My Dr told me to just get a reg stool softener to have if i ever get constipated .. Thankfully i haven't had to use it but i have it just incase .. Or your Dr can alwaysprescribe you a different prenatal

It should not hurt your chances of breast feeding, but your baby really needs the extra vitamins! I would talk to your doctor. I know a lit of women who get sick from them take them before they go to bed so they sleep through the nausea.

I get real constipated also besides feeling sick ! Thats why i stopped taking them but i was just wondering if it would effect with breastfeeding or what would happen .

I honestly stopped taking mine because they were making me sick as well and they were gummies. My little girl is doing great cookin. If you're really worried, I'd ask your doctor (:

No it wont .. . But you should check with your doctor before you switch to the gummie prenatals because they lack iron & many pregnant women suffer from a slight iron deficiency my prenatals made me sick as well but my doctor had me start to take vitamin b6 with them & at night right when I was going to bed or they have some prenatals that they can actually prescribe to you that aren't as bad as others

Try the gummies they dont contain iorn but atleast u would be getting the vitamins folic acid etc that ur baby needs. I went to gummies because they made me sick too
