Is it OK for me to be 34+2 and no dilatation? My cervix is closed

I was never dialated with either of my previous pregnancies when I went into labor.
Yes some women don't dilate til right before labor. I'm 39+ wks and barely at 1cm since 38wks. 5th pregnancy
