Can the Mirena IUD cause a home pregnancy test to come back negative?
Hey there, If you have the mirena coil in, you should be very very unlikely to be pregnant, the negative test result is most likely because you are not pregnant, but to answer the question, no the mirena coil wont affect the outcome of a pregnancy test. :)
Thats true for some but women have been found preggers after their hpt came up neg but you are prob worrying yourself! if you truly think your preggers request a blood test from your doc
