Should i be worried?

Ok so i need a few answers...lastnight i went to the ER because i was having some cramping, but no spotting.
They took blood and my levels were at 89,000 and that my baby's HB was slightly low at 96bpm.
The doctor didn't seem too concerned as it is still early...and the baby measured at 6wks, 4 days. She took me that i have nothing to worry about and that i will just need a follow up ultrasound in one weeks time.
Anyone else ever in this situation? Should i be worried?

For being only 6wks, and 4 days is 96 to low for my baby's heart rate?
Should it not be between 140-160bpm?

Cramping is normal. I used to get scared because I thought that it would be worse then normal cramping and would end up at the ER and it was always ok. I know that pregnancy is a scary time but the only time cramping is bad is when it is associated with blood or ectopic both of which you dont have.
