How do I interpret my body temps?

I have been tracking my body temps using the tracker on this site, but am really not sure how to interpret them and what I'm looking for.  I know that around ovulation your temp takes a dive then a rise (is that right?) but what else am I looking for to indicate pregnancy may have happened?

I'm 11 dpo.  Don't want to get my hopes up but my temp is staying up around 36.8C but did go down for a day.  However we normally sleep with a heater on in our room and that night we didn't and it was freezing cold.  I've been having tender breasts which are getting a bit sorer each day for the last few days.  I really don't want to do a HPT until I'm waaayyyy past AF being due.  I'm sick of being disappointed.

You could contact MedHelp (use the CONTACT US button at bottom of screen) to give them feedback on the tracker, what confuses you, what would help, etc.

When you ovulate (after the fact) it is supposed to go up .3-.8 degrees higher then if it stays up longer than than 18 days after ovulation then more than likely you are pregnant. How many days past ovulation are you?
