Sickness before labor?

So I know diarriah is a sign labor is near, but is vommiting also a sign? This past week I have vommites on 4 different days. I've had diarriah at the same time. It's horrible being sick like this. I'm pretty sure it's not a bug because i've had good days in between. I think my body's just getting ready for labor. I know no one can really answer this for me, but how long are women usually sick before labor starts? I was 1cm dilated at my appointment 5 days ago.

It might be, but vomiting and diarrhea in late pregnancy is common regardless. Many women never even get sick before labour or do in transition.

That's the thing. I threw up maybe once or twice in my first trimester and I think that was from adjusting to my prenatals. So I guess i'm just hoping it's a sign.

Those first trimester symptoms seem to come back. With my first I did vomit only 1 time a few days before I went into labor. With my second pregnancy I just was a little nauseated but never vomited. I think that happened around 36 or 37 weeks.
