has anyone had sinus issues during their pregnancy? I feel like I'm allergic to the baby LOL.. My senses are like amplified 10 fold.. I don't really have any allergies to begin with..

My Dr Said To Take Tylenol cold And Sinus And It Has Helped More Than Anything. I've Had A Headache For 9 Months Lol... Getting Induced Tomorrow! Good Luck!

Yes & on top of it I have year round allergies so it S.ucked. but I took benadryl. NY doctor said it was safe, she just told me try not taking one everyday so what I did was talk half of one every night to help me sleep.

That is a very common side effect with pregnancy. There is not a ton you can do for it. I have a humidifier and essential oils in a diffuser and that seems to help me. Steam up the bathroom and sit in there too. Good luck!

I did, i worked in an industrial fridge also which made it worse. Not alot to help really, steam and a humidifier.
