Are my levels normal????

Help.... the midwives are telling me that there concerned that i may be experinsing my second ectopic pregnancy... but my hcg levels are doubling every 48 hour's but they cant find a gestation sac ib my womb..... does anyone have any idea's????

Hi Heather, Usually by the time your levels reach 2000 you should be able to see a sac, especially if you are 6-7 weeks. I hope the doctors are wrong and that you get to see one tomorrow. I will keep you in my thoughts. Good luck.

Hi heather, seems like we are in the same boat.. on sunday i was 4 weeks 1 day and my level was only 20 and today wed at 4 weeks 4 days my level is only 125 they did a ultrasound and saw nothing.. i dont know if it is just too soon or what but i have another appointment tomorrow.. kinda worried about waht is going on .. i had an ectopic pregnancy in 2005 i only made it to 5 weeks and 3 days befor they found out what was going on due to pain and bleeding.. but since then i did have a normal healthy pregnancy so there is hope that this one will be normal as well.. let me know how things are going for you , you will be in my prayers i know how hard it is on a relationship when things you cant explain happen

thank you, i got scan booked for tomorrow afternoon im keeping my finger's crossed hoping for the best think another disapointment might be to much off a strain for this relationship but thank n you xxx

well if they aren't seeing anything in the tube I'd say there is still a good chance they are just missing it on the U/S but those #'s sound great....when is your next U/S.....if they wait another week or two they should for sure see something.  Good luck and congrats

i know when i took me ectopic last hear my levely were only 126...128....136....142   takin at 48 hour apart but so far the two they've taken are1105 and 2320  but there not seeing anything in womb or remaining tube???  but thank you brown eyed gurl xxxx

From what I have heard they should be able to see at least a sack by now have they looked into an eptopic yet?  But not trying to get you scared but I think by now they should be able to see something.  But then again I thought with eptopics you have really high HCG levels....am I right? Good luck no matter the case and please keep us updated.
