I also didn't make it clear that rehearsals will start in September :)
I mean whenever the baby wants to come it will come u dont want to really rush anything...the baby lungs need that entire 9 months to develop even though it has a great chance of surviving if born between 35 to 39 weeks...but I mean u could go to watch practices and take mental notes or stand on the sides and just do the rountine to learn it lol !! Dancing is the best I miss it also
Just to be clear I don't want my baby here any sooner than he is ready. I just wanted to know whether the 6 week recovery time after was necessary with a straightforward birth :)
Oo lol sorry haha its like almost 6am here and I take a sleeoing aide for bed but I woke up bc of bad acid reflex lol..ummm idk about that that is something u have to bring up to your doctor but a gf of mine had her baby in march and in april she was going to the gym I think if u dont strain yourself or do alot of movements like splits or anything similar with your legs being open then u will be fine that is if u tear during labor if u dont then u just have to deal with bleeding from labor and your period being followed after that
nope it depends on your body i'd say go ahead and do it but if it causes u pain then stop, talk to your doctor beforehand he/she will know if you are ready or not
Thanks ladies much appreciated!
It's a 6 week recovery for c sections. Vaginal births you can start up working out a week later. My mom had natural births and was at the gym a few days later with me an my sister lol.
